Qualifications - Overseas (Education Background)

Kindly submit your degree, academic transcripts and letters of recommendation from your university.

Genuine Temporary Entrant Requirement

​​​​Applying Outside Australia:
Provide CoE and letter of offer for all intended courses.

Applying Inside Australia:
CoE or letter of offer for all intended courses must be provided before visa grant.

DFAT or Defence Sponsored:
Letter of support required.  

Evidence of English Language Ability

English Language Proficiency (Minimum test score or exemption evidence required)

​Proof of proficiency in English, such as PTE Academic or IELTS scores.

Evidence of Financial Capacity

If the visa checklist specifies providing evidence of financial capacity, it's essential to attach this evidence to your visa application. Failure to do so may result in visa refusal without further inquiry.

Options to Prove Sufficient Funds

You have several options to demonstrate you have enough money for your stay:

Deposits:
Evidence of money deposits from a financial institution.

Loans:
Government loans or loans from a financial institution.

Scholarships:
Proof of scholarships or similar financial support.

Ongoing Annual Income

Alternatively, evidence of your parents' or partner's personal annual income:

AUD 72,465 for the last 12 months.

If both parents work, combined income can be considered.

Official government documents like tax assessments (less than 12 months old) are required.

Course Fees (First 12 Months): Deduct any already paid. 

School Fees: If applicable, for each child.

Travel Costs: Depending on location

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

May not be needed for Norway, Sweden, Belgium citizens.

Include OSHC details if arranged by provider or self.
